How to Activate Microsoft Office 2021 Pro Plus

This quick guide shows you how to install and activate Office 2021 Professional Plus using the official installer and phone activation method. Follow each step carefully to complete your setup smoothly.

Step 1 — Uninstall Previous Office Versions

1. Open the Start menu and type “Add or remove programs”.
2. Locate all existing Microsoft Office installations.
3. Select each and click Uninstall.
4. Restart your PC after uninstallation.

Step 2 — Install Office 2021

Download and install Microsoft Office 2021 using the installer below.

1. Open the downloaded file and run.
2. Follow the on-screen prompts until the installation is complete.

Step 3 — Activate by Phone

1. Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.).
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and sign out of all accounts.
