1. Our General Refund Approach
- We offer refunds for eligible purchases if requested within 7 days of the transaction.
- To cover processing costs, a small refund processing fee of 3% of your transaction total (with this percentage component subject to a reasonable maximum cap) plus £0.25 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
2. Eligible and Non-Eligible Items
- Eligible Items: Most items are eligible for a refund within 7 days.

Non-Eligible Items: Some items might be non-refundable. We always make sure to mark these clearly in their descriptions before you buy. Examples can include:
- Certain digital goods already accessed or downloaded.
- Custom-made or personalized items.
- Special event items.

3. Refunds for Services (like 8 Ball Pool)
For services where you share account details (e.g., 8 Ball Pool services):
- You can get a full refund if we haven't started working on your purchase yet.
- You have 24 hours after purchase to request a refund for these services.
- Once we've begun the service, a refund might not be possible.
4. Digital Goods
- Generally, we don’t offer refunds for digital items once they've been accessed, downloaded, or used.

5. How to Request a Refund
You can ask for a refund in two easy ways:

6. The Refund Process
- Once we get your request, we’ll review it within 24 business hours.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method.
- It might take a few extra days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Partial Refunds
If only part of an order is being refunded, we'll issue a partial refund for the eligible items, with the same processing fee structure.
8. Exchanges
If you've purchased an item (e.g., for $5) and would like to exchange it for another item of the same price, you can request an exchange by contacting us on WhatsApp at https://wa.me/bbirdg, provided we have not yet fulfilled your original order. Please note this is handled on a case-by-case basis. For other scenarios, if you wish to exchange an item, please request a refund for the original (if eligible) and make a new purchase for the desired item.
9. Flagged Payments
If a payment is flagged as potentially suspicious:
- We may pause the refund or order fulfillment for up to 7 days for a quick internal check.
- We might ask for a bit more information to verify the transaction (like payment receipts, your full legal name, and address).
- If we get the needed info within 7 days, your order will proceed as normal.
- If not, we'll issue a refund after the 7-day hold.
- Any personal info you provide will be handled securely, as per our Privacy Policy, and only used for verification.
