How to Activate Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus

This quick guide shows you how to install and activate Office 2019 Professional Plus using the official installer and phone activation method. Follow each step carefully to complete your setup smoothly.

Step 1 — Uninstall Previous Office Versions

1. Open the Start menu and type “Add or remove programs”.
2. Locate all existing Microsoft Office installations.
3. Select each and click Uninstall.
4. Restart your PC after uninstallation.

Step 2 — Install Office 2019

Download and install Microsoft Office 2019 using the installer below.

1. Unzip the downloaded file.
2. Run the install.bat file to download the Office 2019 EN version.
3. Wait for the automated installation process to complete.

Step 3 — Activate by Phone

1. Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.).
2. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner and sign out of all accounts.
3. Go to File → Account → Change License.
4. Choose Enter a product key instead and enter your key.
   
5. Select Activate by Phone when prompted.
   
6. Visit Microsoft’s Activation Centers page below to find your country’s number. Or use the toll-free number provided beneath your region
   

7. Call the listed number and provide your Installation ID shown on screen.
8. Enter the Confirmation ID you receive to complete activation.
