How to Activate Microsoft Office 2019 Pro Plus

This quick guide shows you how to install and activate Office 2019 Professional Plus using the official installer and the recommended web activation method. Follow each step carefully to complete your setup smoothly.

Step 1 — Uninstall Previous Office Versions

1. Open the Start menu and type “Add or remove programs”.
2. Locate all existing Microsoft Office installations.
3. Select each and click Uninstall.
4. Restart your PC after uninstallation.

Step 2 — Install Office 2019

Download and install Microsoft Office 2019 using the installer below.

1. Unzip the downloaded file.
2. Run the install.bat file to download the Office 2019 EN version.
3. Wait for the automated installation process to complete.

Step 3 — Activate Office

1. Open any Office app (Word, Excel, etc.).

8. Select your Office version.
9. Enter the Installation ID currently displayed in your Office Activation Window.
10. Copy the generated Confirmation ID from the website and enter it into your Office app to complete the activation.
