If you've purchased an 8 Ball Pool item or service that necessitates sharing your in-game account details and you are not satisfied with that, we provide a refund option. You are eligible for a refund if we have not yet initiated the fulfillment process for your purchase.

Please be patient as it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, based on your payment provider.
